PITCH demo
Run the pipeline. Review the evidence.
Turn motion capture into clear movement analysis.
Kineologist turns motion capture files into baseline-relative review surfaces: 3D comparison, telemetry curves, reports, plots, thresholds and exported artifacts. It is built for repeatable movement review, not a hidden single-score result.

Embedded demos
See the workflows before you read the details.
The short workflow videos show how Kineologist feels in use: add files, run the pipeline, open generated evidence and review the results in context.
GAIT demo
Walking analysis workflow
Walking-event detection, contact channels, fixed-step comparison, gait telemetry and reports.Core workflow
Run the pipeline. Review the evidence.
A user loads movement files, chooses the relevant workflow, runs the deterministic backend and reviews generated evidence through visual, written and exported surfaces.
Add motion capture files
Baseline files and subject files are staged into a repeatable workflow.
Choose the workflow
PITCH, GAIT or Custom Deployment defines detectors, phase models and reporting language.
Run the pipeline
The backend creates markers, crops, baselines, telemetry, rule findings and output artifacts.
Generate artifacts
Reports, plots, CSVs, debug outputs and review-ready files are written for inspection.
Review the evidence
The interface presents 3D motion, timelines, curves, deltas, plots and readable reports.
Artifact-first output
The output is visible, inspectable and repeatable.
Every run produces a folder of evidence: generated motion files, marker data, telemetry, reports, plots, CSVs and debug artifacts. The GUI presents those outputs; it does not hide the result in a single black-box score.

Run-out artifacts
Source, cropped, baseline-aligned and support files remain visible for review.
Readable reports
Coach, Master and Muscle reports translate deterministic findings into review language.
Plots and CSVs
Generated plots and CSV channels support technical inspection outside the GUI.
3D review
Motion, markers, baselines and telemetry stay connected to the visual review layer.
3D review
Motion and baseline can be inspected together.
The 3D viewer lets the reviewer inspect subject and baseline side by side while timeline markers and telemetry curves remain available for context.

Auto baseline generation
Baseline files can be cropped, normalised and averaged into a reference movement.
Auto phase marker placement
Phase markers are generated by the backend so review happens against consistent event points.
Single subject analysis
A subject file can be analysed on its own before comparison is introduced.
Subject vs baseline analysis
Subject motion can be reviewed beside the baseline to expose timing and magnitude differences.
Coaching layer deltas
Timing and magnitude deltas turn comparison into coach-readable evidence.
Muscle activity visualizer
Motion-derived proxy signals can be visualised in the 3D review layer without claiming EMG.
Motion-derived proxy layer
Muscle proxy sequencing shows contribution patterns in context.
Kineologist can visualise motion-derived muscle proxy sequencing beside the movement review. Proxy activity is inferred from relative joint rotations and movement velocities, then mapped into body regions and report surfaces. This is not EMG or direct measured activation.

Joint rotation and velocity inference
Proxy activity is inferred from relative joint rotations and movement velocities.
Full-body muscle mapping
The display maps motion-derived proxy channels across major body regions.
Flexion and extension groups
Flexion and extension families are grouped so contribution patterns are easier to inspect.
Muscle activity HUD
The review surface can show live proxy percentages beside the 3D motion display.
Sequencing and contribution reports
Dedicated report surfaces summarise ordering, contribution and comparison patterns.
Product paths
Two launch products. One expandable engine.
PITCH and GAIT are focused products built on the same artifact-driven architecture. Custom Deployments extend the same pattern to other repeatable movement workflows.

Kineologist|PITCH
Baseball pitching analysis with P1–P4 phase markers, average baseline creation, phase-locked comparison, telemetry, plots and reports.

Kineologist|GAIT
Walking analysis with IC/TO detection, fixed-step crop, contact pulse/state, cadence, asymmetry, sway and gait reports.

Custom Deployments
Dedicated movement-analysis products created through custom telemetry, detectors, rules, thresholds, language and validation.
Reports
Reports translate evidence for different review depths.
A single run can create different report surfaces for coaching, technical review and muscle proxy sequencing while preserving the same deterministic backend truth.

Coach report
Readable findings and practical review language for coaches and movement specialists.
Master report
Deeper technical explanation with evidence context and rule-based reasoning.
Muscle report
Motion-derived proxy sequencing and contribution views, without claiming EMG measurement.
Honest boundaries
Beta software, validation pathway, clear limits.
Kineologist is currently in Beta and undergoing testing at facilities and educational institutions as a pathway to functional validation. It is a movement-analysis and review tool, not a diagnostic or clinical decision system.
Beta validation pathway
Facilities, coaches, educators and analysts can help test workflows, compare outputs and shape functional validation.
Motion-derived proxies
Muscle activity views are inferred from motion, joint rotations and velocities. They are not EMG and not direct measured activation.
Readable review, not diagnosis
Reports translate deterministic analysis into human-readable review surfaces without making clinical diagnostic claims.
